I’m new to this. How exactly does all this work?
First, we think you’ve come to the right place.
Second, you are under no obligation UNLESS we secure the right person for your job, and you employ them.
The process: When you have a staffing need simply call our office or submit your request. One of our highly trained Recruiters will want to speak with you to either obtain a thorough job description or drill down on the one you submitted. We will probably ask several questions that will aid us in finding the perfect person for you. This phase in the process is without a doubt the most important, so we ask you to be patient. We promise to be brief because we know you’re busy.
You can check here to see what Hiring Options are available based on your needs. Below is a chart to give you an idea of how our fees are determined. However, please don’t ever hesitate to call us with any questions.
|TEMPORARY EMPLOYEE ONLY||We will quote you a *Bill Rate per hour based on the job description. You will be invoiced weekly for the exact number of hours the employee worked the prior week at that billing rate. There are NO OTHER CHARGES. This Bill Rate includes employee wages and ALL other costs associated with payroll.|
|BRIDGE2HIRE OPENING||Once we’ve determined exactly what you’re looking for in an employee, together we will discuss what you’d like this person to be paid. Our Bill Rate is determined from there and quoted to you instantly. It’s important that we know what their salary will likely be when they onboard with you, as we don’t want to pay them too much or too little, but rather that they might get a small raise when they convert to your company’s payroll.|
|DIRECT HIRE OPENING||You wish that your new hire be on your payroll immediately. Our rates for Direct Hires are flat rates, and determined on a case by case basis and based on the difficulty of the search. You will be advised what that fee will be.|
Am I Obligated to hire through you?
Absolutely not! The risk is all ours, as most of our work is done up front during the search. That said, we understand that business is business and if things change, or an employee’s aunt’s cousin applies and is perfect for your job, then no problem. We want to partner with you, and that doesn’t always mean a sale.

How quickly can you respond?
For the most part, very quickly. While our vast database changes rapidly, we daily recruit and screen the best talent available in our areas of expertise. This usually means for you that we can deliver rapidly.
