All of the same benefits apply as with the Direct Hire Option, but you decide if the employee ‘crosses the bridge’ to your payroll. Benefits of this Staffing Option; As the employer of record during the Bridge period, we absorb all associated costs and risks associated with payroll (wages, withholding taxes, workers compensation insurance, unemployment insurance, etc.) until you decide to on-board our employee with your company. This can be done at any time, with a buyout fee calculated based on hours worked to date, or after about 4 months on our payroll, you can hire them at absolutely NO charge.
