Vacation
Yes, we really do give our Field Representatives a paid vacation!
Holiday Pay
New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. PAID after you have worked 680 continuous hours with Judy's.
Sick Pay
Days accumulate fractionally each month, so it's there if you need it.
Employee of the Month & Year
Each month Judy's selects a Field Representative who has gone 'above and beyond' and on whom we have received great feedback! The winner is acknowledged in our office, placed on our "Wall of Fame" and presented with a gift card and Certificate of Appreciation. A Field Representative of the Year is selected from the winners each month, and the prizes are even better!

We offer a variety of books in our lending library on topics ranging from the job hunt to excelling in the workplace. They are absolutely free to rent!
