Name: Judy S. Moore, CSP
Position: Founder, President-Owner
Experience: Judy opened the doors to Judy’s Job Center in 1973 when a woman owned business was not a real trendy thing to do. Later, in order to encompass all phases of staffing, Judy incorporated as Judy’s Staffing Services, Inc. Customers from all over Central Kentucky, often regionally and even nationally welcomed the services, creativity and
boldness of Judy’s in piloting them to greater heights with their human capital.

In addition to being a hands on manager for thirty seven years, the only real time away from the office occurred when a complicated surgery kept her home for a couple of years. Grateful to a wonderful staff and the age of electronics she continued to remain on top of the industry. She continues assisting her customers on a day to day basis because of her love of what she does.

Judy served the community well as a Hospice Volunteer, Certified Judge for the Miss America local and state pageants, was a member of the finance committee and Eucharistic ministry at St. Paul’s Church, Secretary treasurer of Kentucky Housing Association for many years, served on the Board of Directors of Kentucky Staffing Association as well as County Chair for the Fayette County Republican Party. Judy was appointed Vice-Chair to the Commission on Small Business Advocacy by Governor Ernie Fletcher and remains a Charter member.

Judy will be quick to tell you that it has been a wonderful ride for all these years and looks forward to many more!!!!

Name: Tracy Caudill, CSP
Position: Operations Manager, Senior Recruiter
Experience: Tracy, a native Buckeye, joined the team at Judy’s Staffing in 1997. Her innate and genuine love of people was a natural fit into our culture, and thousands of our clients and candidates with whom she works couldn't agree more! She holds a BA in Social Science, is a Certified Staffing Professional, and has attended numerous Staffing/Human Resource seminars and workshops. Tracy is committed to continuing education and also serves as our Team’s biggest cheerleader!

Name: Terrence Cato
Position: Senior Recruiter, Business Development
Experience: Terrence comes to Judy’s with substantial experience in industrial and manufacturing disciplines. He has worked inside the factory, in the HR Department, and also as a Lead Recruiter for a large staffing firm in Indianapolis. His expertise on both sides of the street in the manufacturing arena are invaluable in procuring the absolute best talent available. Terrence is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University where he holds a BS in Business Management.

Name: Kristy Brown
Position: First Impressions Supervisor, Admin. Coordinator
Experience:Kristy is a native from North Alabama. She attended Auburn University and received her BA in 2004. In September of 2005 she moved north to Kentucky to attend graduate school. In May 2008 she received her MA in Intercultural Studies from Asbury Theological Seminary and began working with Judy’s Staffing Services in June 2008.

Name: David Raines
Position:JSS Healthcare, Senior Recruiter
Experience: David began his career in Health Care recruiting over twenty years ago in the US Air Force where he received several awards including Top Recruiter and four USAF Commendation Medals. He has also worked as a Director of Recruitment for the South Carolina State Office of Rural Health.

He enjoys considerable experience in the industry having worked as both a Recruiter inside Human Resource Departments and also having worked with CEO’s and Executive Directors at Hospitals and Health Centers throughout the United States.

David has served on many boards and founded several Recruiting Associations in the Health Care Industry. In addition he holds a Certificate in HR Management from Villanova University.

Name: Kelly Burke
Position: Marketing, Senior Recruiter
Experience:Kelly is a seasoned staffing industry professional. She started her career with Judy’s in October 1979 as a receptionist and in the last thirty years has trained and worked in every facet of our organization. She now supervises the sales team and heads up our Marketing and Business Development Department. She is a native Lexingtonian, and attended Lexington Catholic and University of Kentucky.

Name: Amanda Bowman
Position: Bookkeeper
Experience: Amanda is a Kentucky native and has been with Judy's Staffing since December of 2003. She joined us after gaining several years of experience with McLane Company in Nicholasville.  At Judy's, Amanda handles our payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, taxes and so much more.
