Name: Judy S. Moore, CSP
Position: Founder, President-Owner
Experience: Judy opened the doors to Judy’s Job Center in 1973 when a woman owned business was not a real trendy thing to do. Later, in order to encompass all phases of staffing, Judy incorporated as Judy’s Staffing Services, Inc. Customers from all over Central Kentucky, often regionally and even nationally welcomed the services, creativity and
boldness of Judy’s in piloting them to greater heights with their human capital.

In addition to being a hands on manager for thirty seven years, the only real time away from the office occurred when a complicated surgery kept her home for a couple of years. Grateful to a wonderful staff and the age of electronics she continued to remain on top of the industry. She continues assisting her customers on a day to day basis because of her love of what she does.

Judy has served the community well as a Hospice Volunteer, Certified Judge for the Miss America local and state pageants, and a member of the finance committee at her church.  She also served as Secretary treasurer of Kentucky Housing Association for many years, as well as serving on the Board of Directors of the Kentucky Staffing Association. Judy was appointed Vice-Chair to the Commission on Small Business Advocacy by Governor Ernie Fletcher and remains a Charter member.

Joe is a native of Lexington and graduate of UK, and brings years of experience as a local business owner and sales executive to Judy's. He has extensive experience in working with small to medium sized businesses, and spent a quarter of his sales career selling outsourced solutions to Fortune 500 companies. He's fluent in Japanese, and well versed in lean manufacturing/5S/kaizen concepts, ingrained in him from his experience at Japanese manufacturers.

Name: Jaime C. Lane , CSP
Position: Staffing Manager

Jaime C. Lane is a native of northwest Louisiana where she earned her B.A. in Mass Communications-Public Relations from Louisiana State University in Shreveport.  Jaime's background includes Sports Marketing with The Shreveport Captains AAA Baseball Team and The Independence Bowl Foundation. She turned her attention to the Automotive Industry for the next several years, with the implementation and development of the Internet BDC departments for Toyota, Ford and Nissan.  Afterwards, Jaime directed her talents towards the medical field with Minden Medical Center, a Top 100's Hospital. Settling in Nicholasville, Jaime joined our staff in January of 2011.

Name: Cory Canter
Position: Staffing Coordinator

A native of Lexington, Cory returned to the bluegrass in December of 2011. Prior to joining our company Cory lived on both coasts of the United States. Cory attended Oxnard College in California where he played basketball and baseball and was a two time all-conference basketball player at Oxnard. From 2007 until his move back to Lexington, Cory lived in Boca Raton, Florida where he worked in hospitality and as a high school basketball coach. Cory heads up our First Impressions Team here at Judy’s Staffing and with the JSS Group.

Name: Mara Farris
Position: Front Desk/Receptionist

Mara is a native of Lexington that returned home in December 2011. Mara graduated Summa Cum Laude from Western Kentucky University; where she received her Bachelor of Arts in dance with a minor in Performing Arts Administration. While at WKU she was able to perform internationally in Istanbul, Turkey and Civitavecchia, Italy.  During Mara’s senior year at WKU she was accepted into the Master of Fine Arts program at Oklahoma City University, yet after her first semester she decided to pursue a professional dance career. Thus, she returned home to become a part of the contemporary dance company; Movement Continuum.  Mara joined Judy’s Staffing in February of 2012.
