Quality Driven Selection Process

The quality of our work depends on the quality of our people.

Yes, we interview each and every candidate thoroughly! Our people are not numbers or a means to an end. Personal interviews allow us to discover a great deal about an individual and helps us determine in which cultures and environments they will thrive.

References
Yes, we check a minimum of two references on every candidate, and always strive to speak with former supervisors. In the event we are only able to verify ‘dates and duties’, you will be advised of same. Judy’s Staffing Service was instrumental in getting the truth in referencing legislation passed in Kentucky, which incredibly enhances the selection process for all employers.

Screening and Testing
Judy’s utilizes the most advanced and highly sophisticated Software Training Programs available. We are able to analyze skills on thousands of programs, as well as assessment capabilities in areas ranging from Sales Expertise to Medical Terminology to Behavioral Assessments!

While it is a new trend in our industry to allow testing off-site, no candidate of Judy's is permitted to test from a remote location outside our office. This ensures no breech of security and total accuracy of skills evaluation.

Drug screening and Background checks
Background checks are performed on every employee pre-hire.  Drug screens are performed post-hire and at client's discretion.

Performance evaluations
We don’t like to hear bad news, but we know that “unhappy customers don’t complain, they just don’t come back”! In light of that we will call and/or e-mail periodically to ensure the fit is right! Your utmost candor is welcome!

We won't shoot with a 'scatter gun'!
An old southern expression Judy uses often and instills in her staff.  It is imbedded deep into our culture. Our policy is to refer a maximum of three candidates for a Direct Hire or Bridge Hire position, backed by the theory that if you are unable to hire one of those three … we simply have not done our job.
